Bradley J. Thessing
Brad Thessing received his real estate salesperson license in 1993 and his broker license in 1995. He closed over $25 million in sales within the first fifteen months of establishing this company, and over $2 billion since then. Thessing Commercial Properties, L.L.C. is also the principal developer in retail shopping centers and mixed-use developments throughout Missouri.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri in 1994. After graduation, he and his two colleagues founded a successful financial investment firm in Overland Park, Kansas.
Serving as the Vice President, Brad gained a comprehensive knowledge of investment properties during this period. The firm specialized in financial consulting, investment-grade real estate, charitable remainder uni-trusts, and creating wealth management opportunities for clients with high net worth.
Brad expanded his capabilities when he accepted a position with C.B. Baber & Associates. As Executive Vice President, he obtained extensive real estate experience with the acquisition and disposition of national properties and corporate tenants with an emphasis on petroleum-based companies.
